She allowed us to test drive many of the vehicles we were looking for and did not pressure us into any purchases. She followed up after the first vehicle we test drove, which we did not purchase, with a text and an email each but did not hound us or try to convince us to do anything we didn’t want to. Then we returned a few days later and specifically asked for her. Test drove another vehicle. Loved it. Told her we would take it. She did everything for us. And after we purchased it, the dealership was extremely busy, in the rush we forgot to get the temporary license plate. She made a trip across town to where we were having dinner to install the temporary plate, bring the registration in to us. I have been saddened in the past by the used car hustle, but this young lady was very, very kind, down to earth, listens to what you are looking for, and works hard to understand a customers wants and needs. I am a manager for a large corporation and I would be extremely proud to have this young woman working for me and our company. Great Job Brianna Custer!!! I went on a Monday evening with a friend to do some test drives and we were greeted by multiple people, without any of them being pushy. When we were ready for a test drive, Brittany Jackson got us the keys and sent us on our way. When we returned we sat down to discuss our options. Our current lease had very low miles but we were considering buying used as well. The following Friday, my husband and I returned. Brittany has given me her personal number and I texted her to make sure she was working. She responded in a timely manner and addressed some of my thoughts from our previous meeting without me having to ask again. When we arrived back, she had the same truck pulled up for us that I had test driven on Monday and was ready to meet us. We found the perfect truck for us. Brittany went through every option to get us the best price, asking about obscure discounts and even looking some up for us. She was nice and really listened to what we wanted and made sure we got it. They are even cutting us a check for the last month of our lease. Everyone my husband and I met were friendly and didn’t try to force us into something we didn’t need/couldn’t afford. I think a big part of that is that the employees don’t get paid based on commission so there’s no reason for them to push for higher trims or tons of added features. More

Worth the Drive! We're from NC, but actually made a drive to Findlay, OH when we found the perfect truck, Dodge Ram 3500 for our camping/towing needs online. Our entire experience with Findlay Chrysler Dodge was great and there was none of the typical back and forth high pressure sales. Our Internet sales rep, Tyson, was very responsive and the hand off to Ryan Lunn in the on site sales department was seamless. Since we were coming from out of state, Ryan worked with us to make sure all of the paperwork and documentation were in order before we even left our driveway. Once in OH, Ryan confirmed all the details were in order, our truck was clean and ready to go and all of our questions were answered. Even though he had 3 clients converge at the same time, we never felt rushed or neglected. The signing of the paperwork with Rich Slack was easy to follow and handled in an efficient timeline. We would definitely recommend Findlay and especially Ryan Lunn. More
