Follow up was less than expected I purchased a 2017 Camaro that had only 30k miles. I drove over 2 hrs to purchase the car for $20000. The salesman and finance people did an excellent job of taking care of my transaction. Unfortunately less than a week and less than 100 miles after the purchase the vehicle developed a problem with the transmission. Upon communication with the dealership I was told that they couldn’t and were under no obligation to help with my problem because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty on the car. I understand that they are under no obligation to help me but this wasn’t a purchase of a $1000 vehicle. I spent 2 years and $20000 to get my wanted retirement vehicle that I had finally found 2 hours away and now have to take it to be repaired while having only driven it under 100 miles. If your going to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership please have it checked first. I have ran into this type of salesmanship before and have payed before. The salesman did a excellent job but I guess I didn’t. Will not go back or recommend. More
