I purchased this vehicle from here, with an extended warranty. When I called to schedule the appointment I told them that I already contacted my warranty company and they did verify that a battery repla warranty. When I called to schedule the appointment I told them that I already contacted my warranty company and they did verify that a battery replacement was covered under my warranty. I also wanted them to take a look at my AC because it wasn't blowing cold air. When I called to check on the status of my vehicle, brittany had answered and she told me that they replaced the battery already and that there was a leak in my AC. I asked her if they got the approval from my warranty company to fix the AC and the battery, and she asked what warranty and then put me on hold, came back on the line and said well your warranty isn't going to pay to replace your battery. At this point I was going to have them put the old battery back in my vehicle and I was going to pick it up and take it else where to be fixed. 1. Why would you not look in your system that when i called i told the person that a battery was indeed covered in my warranty (I wouldve replaced it myself if it wasnt) 2. Why would you tell me with out even checking with my warranty company and just assume that a battery replacement isn't covered. Since my vehicle was already there, and they already found the problem with my AC, I allowed them to finish the repair, however I will be taking it elsewhere for future repairs. Wouldve only given one star, but Patrick was very friendly throughout the whole process. Its unfortunate that this isn't the only issue we've had with this dealership. Hopefully,soon enough they realize its not just about new sales, but making your previous customers happy so that they return. More

Management problem No problem dealing with Brittany, her manager in the other hand, not so.. First of all he was hesitant to let me have the vehicle at the price it was No problem dealing with Brittany, her manager in the other hand, not so.. First of all he was hesitant to let me have the vehicle at the price it was listed at. ( said there was a price increase overnight ). I confirmed the price with Brittany just the day before I took it for a test ride. 2nd. Only showed pictures of the good parts of the truck. When seeing it in person, I almost left without checking it out. 3rd. I was given 2 keys for truck, after purchasing it, I found out that only one key worked. Asked the manager about this, and I was told " what am I suppose to do about it. 4 th., right after the purchase, when driving home and about 2 miles from the business, I noticed a chip in the windshield that was not there the previous day, asked him about this and he indirectly called me a liar. Yes, I bought the truck as is, but give a break. He called when I was about home on a 70 mile round trip and offered to tear up the check if I were to bring it back. I told him did not want to put up with anymore B. S. , and continued home. How they got a 4.8 star rating is beyond me. Once again Brittany was very awesome sales person, keep up the great work, and I know your hands were tied up in this matter. More

The dealership was a nice place and most of the sales people were nice except my salesman very new to what he was doing and pretty clueless on it as well he should not be working by himself and needs tra people were nice except my salesman very new to what he was doing and pretty clueless on it as well he should not be working by himself and needs training. When I got there the car was “in the back being cleaned” it came out pretty dirty crumbs all over the seats and dirt on the floor. He was not willing to work with me on anything he said our used cars are marked accordingly we do not do anything on them then I hear a guy in the office get money off and a free 3 year warranty put on his USED truck. More
