I just wanted a standard oil change, inspection, and anything else that is on my cars schedule for consumable concern. I picked what I thought was the selection for this online, and after submitting, immediately got an email that my selected date/time was for consultation and not for actually doing the work. I then called Findlay Chrysler, got a person to set up my appointment, then was told that waiting for the car on site was no longer an option. Started working Kendall on Tuesday 12/29 she hooked me up with Jeremy on Wednesday, my credit was run on Wednesday. Multiple texts between Thursday and today (1/4/21)Jeremy told me end of the month is hectic with Jeremy on Wednesday, my credit was run on Wednesday. Multiple texts between Thursday and today (1/4/21)Jeremy told me end of the month is hectic, we would do paper work on Saturday or Monday, again... my credit report was run on Wednesday. On Thursday I asked if I could give him my down payment as I did not want the car sold out from under me; he stated they don't do that. Today Monday 1/4/21 he texted me at 9am asking for my documents. He sent me the link to send the down payment. at 1:00pm while on the phone says "oh wait...I can't find the keys" at 2pm he calls and says the reason he can't find the keys is because someone took the keys, went on a test ride and sold the car..... REALLY…while I’m on the phone giving the salesman MY info someone else takes it on a test drive and buys it!!!!! They apparently have no communication with each other... I spoke to the manager who said "well those things happen". SHADY...doesn't even begin to explain how they do business. All this time wasted and all the xxxxxxxx and they only they I received was a hard inquiry on my credit report that lowered my credit score by 7 points…. More

STAY AWAY. they sold me an $8k Piece of junk. It did not even last the night. I had to have towed. When they finally did answer the manager said that it is as is and our problem to deal with. the thing brok even last the night. I had to have towed. They are greedy and unethical as a business not the type of business you want to do business with. They will do whatever they need to to get your money, including selling you junk and they don't care if you get stranded or worry about the mechanical state of their vehicles. Run, just Run. There are many other dealerships in Findlay. Find one with some Ethics and pride/confidence in what they sell. Update: I need to clarify, the review is a testimony aimed at the dealership and management. The sales person received 5 stars because she went above and beyond.
