A negative star was not allowed. I was looking at a vehicle listed online. I had a 5 hour drive from my location. I spoke with (corey?) I was told that they do not hold vehicles but since I had a lengthy drive ahead of me, the best he could do was, when I tell them I'm on my way, they would pull keys so I didnt show up to a sold truck. I called at 1 oclock and started my 5 hour trek to the dealer, anybody guess where this is headed? I am 4hrs 22mins into the 5 hour trek to get a text from salesman rick, truck is selling. 2 guys take vacation days from work, 2 tanks of fuel and 9 hour round trip all for a sorry. xxxx poor communication between sales team.
