Very Dissatisfied After spending $25,000.00 on a vehicle, the service/ warranty issues have not been resolved. The owner thinks he is above talking to customers, even when a meeting is requested. With the exception of the service manager, the staff is condescending and rude once the sale is completed. We DO NOT recommend this dealership! More
does not stand behind their products Purchased a brand new jeep Cherokee limited. Within the first weeks we noticed wet carpeting in the vehicle so it was taken back to the dealership ser Purchased a brand new jeep Cherokee limited. Within the first weeks we noticed wet carpeting in the vehicle so it was taken back to the dealership service department. After some time the dealership called saying the vehicle was repaired. A few days later we started to notice a musty smell in the car and once again found wetness. So we took it back again this time they said the drain tube was plugged and allowing water in the sunroof and headliner now mind you the dealership said they checked these areas the first time. Since then the car has been at the dealership more than in my garage and is there now waiting on a seal for the firewall (it lets water in too). With that said I have contacted Chrysler trying to get lemon law support but as one can imagine their response is the car is under warranty and we will fix. Well it is still not fixed and smells like mold and only has 1000 miles on it. So after striking out with Chrysler I went to the dealer from whom I've bought numerous new vehicles from and asked them what they could do like maybe buy it back and I would buy another their reply was we can't do that it is a used car now. Please take heed and stay away from this dealership the service ends with the sale. More

However, the finance manager used a inflated purchase price when filling out the lease agreement. This was not a honest mistake, it was done with intent. When it was pointed out, the obvious error was corrected. The sales manager apologized, the owner has yet to comment. More
