Unfortunately my occupation was very demanding that week and I didn't have the opportunity to officially look into the vehicle. I decided to send a text acquiring about the truck. From that point on, everything was seem less. Everything was handled via text message, including my sight unseen trade in! Next thing I know, Dale says "I've got all your paperwork started. Your new truck is getting detailed and undercoated. I can bring it to you for a test drive at your leisure". Dale was excellent! I never felt pressured in any way and all my unique demands were met 100% above and beyond. Without a doubt, when it comes time for a new truck for me, Findlay CDJR will be the place I come first.
