TOW YOUR VEHICLE TO A PROFESSIONAL GM DEALERSHIP. The service department puts on non OEM GM parts without the customers authorization. I ONLY USE GM OEM PARTS ON MY ESCALADE! I found out they put a refurbished junk caliper on my 2015 Cadillac Escalade from a local orileys part store that is now rusty after a few car washes. My glove department is broken from this dealership replacing a cabin air filter. I now have a blower motor noise that wasn't there before. I have a terrible vibration in my front alignment that wasn't there before. My vehicle is worse off now than it was ever before. I called management and they will not do anything but lie and blame elsewhere to make them look good like they have done nothing wrong. I have never ever seen such an unprofessional GM dealership in my life of being a valued gm customer. All I have ever owned is gm vehicles. The employees and management I dealt with should be ashamed of themselves of how they lie and cheat the customer. I sure hope the owner or owners of this dealership hears about this and reaches out to me.
