From the start with a phone call from us this was a great experience. We recieved answers to all of our questions, a patient salesman (Gill) and a fully informed (Mike) who handled the final delivery of the experience. As soon as we arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted by Mark and he introduced us to Nathan the sales consultant that would be helping us. Nathan asked us about what was important to us and he did not try to show us cars/ trucks that we werent interested in, he was not pushy at all and was very concerned with what we were looking for. I recently had a bankruptcy discharged and trying to get my credit back in good standing. Once we found the car that we wanted, Mark worked extremely hard to get our monthly payment and down payment to a resonable price. Most car dealerships that we have been to will try 1 or 2 banks to see what type of payments they want and if we did not agree then that was it. The first offer we were given was not in our price range for both monthly payment and down payment so Mark told us to go to lunch and he would continue working on our file and would contact us later. I must admit when we left the dealership we were not expecting a call back from Mark, but less then a half hour later Mark called us and told us he found a great deal and for us to finish lunch and come back so we can discuss it. When we returned we were very happy and excited that he was able to work with us and that he didnt give up on us.. We drove off the parking lot in a 2012 Malibu !! We love it !! We currently have a Chevy Impala that we also purchased from Findlay and when its time to but another we will definetly be back !! Thank you all !! More
My wife and I visited the dealership on 02/10/12 to look into leasing a new vehicle. Matt (Internet Sales) was our contact because I had previous dealings with him on the phone. We had contact with him throughout the day because we were looking at other dealers' lease options. In the end we were able to work a deal through Matt which was suitable to our needs. Matt (Finance) handled that part of the paperwork in a professional and timely manner. When it came time to drive the new car away, Michael (New Car Delivery)was very professional and thorough explaining all aspects of the new Traverse. Before leaving we turned in our leased Saturn VUE, the lease expiring on 02/13.. John (Leasing) handled the turnover in the same professional and helpful manner as the other representatives we dealt with. We were very pleased with the way the whole day's dealings went with Findlay Chevy. We would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. More
I am very happy with Findlay sales experience overall. I do believe that they could have discounted the price of the vehicle a little more than what they did considering the trim level and equipment. Especially because they charge you $1,000.00 extra for the chrome wheel upgrade that are no more than plastic like hubcaps with chrome...really Chevrolet. More

Findlay Chevy was a very pleasant experience to buy my new truck. From dealing with Steven on the floor to Alix through internet sale their was no high pressure sales. I brought in a 2009 chevy malibu for a steering noise. Had a minor issue with the repair but Findlay Chevrolet stepped up to the plate and took care of it. I wanted to purches a Used car. I found a 2010 Chevrolet Impala the only thing I did not want was a car that had been a rental. I ask the salesman three time if it had been a rental. The salesman assured me that it was not a rental and I bought the car, only to find out a week latter that it had been a rental car. I returned to the sales office and spoke to a manager. The sales manager told me that the salesman made an honest mistake. I traded the 2010 on a 2011 but I ended up losing a couple thousand dollars on the trade. More
