I enjoy shopping at Findlay Chevrolet and this time was no exception. It started off pretty rocky as I was trying to find an inexpensive 1st car for my 16 year old. He recommended Findlay and now I'm going to do the same. I got good explanations about the problem, about future prevention, and about the bill. I worked with Billy Chang and he was thorough about my questions, making sure I understood the answers which felt complete rather than rushed. I assume the service was good because the radiator hasn't complained yet. I assume Findlay stresses customer satisfaction or patience or something to their employees because it seems they're supposed to go every extra mile. They've earned my future business, my future recommendations, and this review. More
I brought my Corvette in for service with Billy Chang and it was the best experience I have ever had with all the cars I've owned. I moved to Vegas recently and had to have some warranty work done on my Silverado. A buddy of mine suggested Findlay Chevorlet. Being very picky about who works on my truck especially dealerships because I've always felt they tell you more than what you really need. Well to tell you the truth the service manager Russell, took care of me. He was forthright with cost and explained in detail what was needed outside of warranty work. I could have spent more money down the line had I not taken care of out of warranty issues now. I left the dealer with a great overall experience. I would recommend Findlay Chevorlet to all my friends. There are still honest people out there. Thanks Findlay. More
This is the best dealership experience I have ever had, When I drove up to their serv ice deparment Mr. Billy Chang greeted me, I felt welcomed and appreciated, Everyone was friendly, a bunch of guys and g When I drove up to their serv ice deparment Mr. Billy Chang greeted me, I felt welcomed and appreciated, Everyone was friendly, a bunch of guys and gals just having a great time helping their customers, I waited in the waiting area with wi fi and then after an hour or so I was informed of the necessary maintenance and given an accurate estimate and time of completion, their courtesy van brought me home and picked me up when my car was ready, that was a great touch, my car was washed and ready for me when i arrived. I highly recomend Findlay Chevrolet. My car runs great and looks great. More
I took my car in to have some service issues resolved. The service dept team was very thorough, they inquired about all my issues and said they would contact me. I was contacted within the hour was advised all my issues were covered under warranty and that my vehicle would be done the same day. I was offered a ride to and from. I don't believe I have had such a good experience at a Chevy dealer before, they make you feel like you are their only customer. Tony and his team should be commended for the way each customer is treated as an individual and not a dollar sign. As a woman you are always concerned that you will be taken advantage of when you take your vehicle in for repairs, most dealerships think that women are not knowledgeable about their vehicles and try to convince you do to things that are not necessary. I truly had a great experience and will be taking my vehicle to Findlay Chevrolet when my next service is due. Kudos to the service team at Findlay. From a very satisfied customer. More
