Wow, what a diference this dealership makes to buy a car! Well Findlay has the stock, the people, the know how and quick, oh my, did I mention how fast? in & out, I could not believe it. How does 11 minutes in financing sound? Way to go Matt! We were shocked when we arrived and not one sales man came hounding us, unbelieveable (I think I was sold right then) after the wife and I went looking on our own found what we wanted to look at then upon going inside we were greeted and asked if we needed assistence. At that point David and Nathan worked magic. I've always hated the haggeling part of buying a car, well there was none, this is what I want to pay per month, make it work. They did, then they said here are all of the insentives (cash off - I really like those)then; I notice your retired, do you belong to USAA? Great here is more insentives (Wow my lucky day). Great experience, got pre qualified on line and was in ant out with my Traverse within 2 hrs. After having some car troubles with my car I took it in to Findlay to see how much it would cost to get fixed. I had received a few quotes from a few places and even though the service department at Findla to Findlay to see how much it would cost to get fixed. I had received a few quotes from a few places and even though the service department at Findlay gave me the most reasonable quote it was way out of my budget to pay for a car that was old and had way to many miles on it. After speaking to Steve Linihan over the phone he sent a car to come pick me up from my house (Since my car was already there) and we started going over my options. Steve was amazing and got me in to a brand new Chevy Malibu! I am so happy with my purchase and have the peace of mind that I now have a dependable vehicle for my family and an amazing warranty just in case. After finishing all my paperwork Mike Chance took me out to my brand new car and showed me all of the exciting features! At first when he told me he was going to show me how to work my car I thought "I know how" but I WAS WRONG!!! I felt like a kid on Christmas Morning after he showed me all of the upgraded features!!!
