Everyone at Findlay Chevy with whom my husband and I had contact, from the General Manager to the guy who detailed our Equinox before we drove it off the lot, was professional and friendly. Doug Fleming and Brian Savinda were particularly helpful and forthright when answering each question we had about the features and options available to us. Even when we had to wait for some step in the process to get completed, people who weren't even associated with our purchase came up to make sure we were comfortable and being cared for. I have never had such a pleasant and pressure-free experience when negotiating with a dealership. Of course, the dealer's job is to sell cars, but at Findlay, I felt as though it was more important that I was happy with my purchase than the size of the purchase I made. Since we drove our new car home, I have been telling everyone who will listen what a great experience I had. Thanks, Brian and Doug! More
My sales and leasing consultant was Maxwell Eichbauer, a new employee with three weeks on the job. However, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make me happy and to complete the sale.I was impressed with everyone in the dealership, and was most pleased that when the negotiations started I dealt exclusively with Maxwell. Many dealerships send out a senior closer and the sales consultant is relegated to a spectator role. This transaction was not a high pressure negotiation but an easy negotiation with the usual give-and-take to meet at an agreeable deal. After we agreed to terms, Maxwell walked me through the dealership, introduced me to employees I would have to deal with from finance to service. Saw to the details of prepping my new car for delivery and assisting removing personal items from the trade in. Frank Ryan was friendly, thorough and professional and made the necessary paperwork a snap. He recommended a few modification to the deal that were very beneficial and I appreciate his efforts. MIke Chance did the vehicle tour, and Maxwell sat in as a learning experience. Mike was great and I appreciate his patience with me. I met his wife Kat on the sales floor and she was friendly and helpful in completing the deal. Finally, the man who approved the deal Jeff Neel was introduced and was like everyone else friendly and professional. Slim Stephens gave me his card and said when I needed service he would help in any way I needed. Great experience...good job by the entire Findlay team. More

And Mike Chance was absolutely super, what an excellent job of explaining everything about the truck.Because we will be leaving the state very soon, he was extemely helpful in suggesting how we could get the vehicle registered if it couldn't be accomplished before we had to leave.All in all our experience with the employees of Findlay Chevrolet was great and we will do business there again and also recommend to others. I was having my 2005 colbolt repaired, and the repair cost made a good down payment on a new car, after speaking with Brian, and going over my options,we went for a test drive in a Chevy Cruze, Brian pul cost made a good down payment on a new car, after speaking with Brian, and going over my options,we went for a test drive in a Chevy Cruze, Brian pulled the exact car I requested, and even offered me other choices, I was in love with the car instantly, Brian worked ovet my cell phone with my best friend, I'm hearing impaired, and they went over every discount I could be given,and then Brien told me to keep the car for 24 hours, in order to make my decision, the windows aren't tinted, and I wasn't really happy about that, so the next day when I came back to sign the papers, I questioned Brian about the windows, and was told that I'd have to pay for them, but he said he'd see what he could do. withing minutes he was back with a smile on his face, and said it would be taken care of. Mike did a walk thru of the car with me, and even answered the onstar set up with me, as I am hearing impaired, and he has a deaf sister, so he was great to communicate with and for me. Frank Ryan, was just as awesome with financing, and even got me an outstanding 7 year warranty on the car. This team went way above and beyond, I could be more pleased. and will always drive a chevy. Frank even should me that I could have the Chevy emblem changed to black to match the color of my car, I never even knew this could be done, and will have them changed when I have a little extra cash. I had a flat tire when I drove up to Findey Chevey dealer last week and Billy Change walk right up to greet me and I fill him in with what had happened. After the total price along with a very fair trade in allowance I was directed to Frank in finance and was advised about purchasing an extended warranty. He was very helpful and informative about this item. Also the price was very affordable compared to what I have seen at other dealers. Finally Mike Chance was very help[ful explaining all the features on the vehicle. I was very familiar with many of the features since I traded in a 2006 Cadillac DTS with many of the same features. The vehicle was cleaned and presented to me in less than 90 minutes from the time I walked into the dealership until I left with my new vehicle. All this was done without any pre-noticication that I was coming into the dealership to purchase this vehicle. I find Findlay Chevy's internet listing of vehicles and pricing the best in the Las Vegas valley. I only dealt with Gill Bouganim in the internet dept, but I am sure all your employees in every dept meet this high standard of customer satisfaction. More
