Everything OK but the process from start to finish took much too long. We had selected the actual vehicle brfore arriving. We did a short test drive (less than 15 minuites ). I can't believe what a fantastic experience I had at Findlay Chevrolet and how great the service advisor Billy Chang treated me. I had to bring in my step dad's suburban again for a fuel pump concern. T Findlay Chevrolet and how great the service advisor Billy Chang treated me. I had to bring in my step dad's suburban again for a fuel pump concern. This is the second time in a few years that it has failed was so worried that I was going to be ripped off. The service advisor Billy Chang took such great care of me and made me feel completely safe and let me know that it was totally covered by a warranty that I didn't even know existed. From the time I called to the time I picked up the truck I was treated with so much care and respect that I would never take any of my cars anywhere else from now on, even the shuttle driver was nice, drove me home, picked me up.
