First, a little bit of background is needed on why I was at the dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I was on my way to Vegas from California in my 2007 Ford Fusion, which had been an alright car not the gr at the dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I was on my way to Vegas from California in my 2007 Ford Fusion, which had been an alright car not the greatest but okay. Then my throttle control/transmission light came on! It was 1:00 am in the morning and I was stranded somewhere in between California and Nevada by myself! So I had to get the car towed to Gaudin Ford in vegas, which costs me over 300 dollars. It took Gaudin Ford a day and a half to assess the issue. I couldn't even find a way up to the dealership to see my car because apparently they had a shuttle to drop you off, but no shuttle to pick you up. So, my brother had to come all the way from California to take me up to the dealership! Nevertheless, when they finally got around to looking at my car almost 2 days later they told me I needed a whole new transmission and that would cost me $8,700. There was no way I would pay that much to fix the car so I had no choice but to get a new vehicle So my first choice was to just get a another fusion I mean it wasn't the greatest car but I knew the car. However, Gaudin Ford gave me nothing but the run around and kept wasting my time trying to sell me cars I wasn't interested in and they even LIED to me about my credit score (the salesman never did show me the credit paper just told me what it was). At the end of it they were trying to sell me a 2012 Ford Fusion for $465 a month! What a joke I could of went and a bought a Benz with that monthly payment. Every word that came out of their mouths seemed like a lie and that they were just trying to get over on me. It was almost as if they thought I was born yesterday or I was doltish. So after two hours of that mess and struggling to get my car from them out of servicing me and my brother went over to FINDLAY CHEVY which is adjacent to them! I specifically dealt with Ramon, Mike and Frank Oh man all I can say is that these people are such a pleasure. First, let me mention they offered us something to DRINK and offered us a SEAT! Not one time did the other dealership do that after being in the sun for hours. Secondly, it was a great experience they didn't bamboozle me they understood my situation and that it was an unfortunate event and that I needed to get back home and to work. So Ramon did not waste my time he didn't lie to me he kept it 100 (and comes to find out my credit score was about 70 points more than what the other dealership told me). As a result, Ramon gave me and my brother advice for our lives, really great dude. The whole staff was just soo friendly, funny and professional! Additionally, I know this is something minor but it is something important to me I need to talk about the location of their cars. Most of their cars were under a roof so I wasn't walking around in the sun looking for cars as my skin sizzled. Instead I was in shade looking for cars! Ramon is the best he made one of the worst situations of my life a positive situation I didn't walk out of their feeling as if I just got stuck with a car that I didn't want because I just needed to get home. I picked a great car for a good price everyone won. Mike was great he had the best sense of humor as he was showing me how to operate the vehicle. Frank was a blast as well. I love my Chevy Sonic I highly recommend Findlay Chevy (in the voice of Kevin Hart: alright alright alright alriiiightt!!) More

I also spoke with a woman I think her name was Ann while I was waiting for our new vehicle to be detailed. She was very pleasant and helpful with Findlay Chevrolet's benefits and helped pass my time while I was waiting for the car to get ready to go home. We will definately recommend anyone that we know to Findlay to purchase either a new or used vehicle. I would also like to say that David has been the first car salesperson that was very pleasant to work with. Again, thank you all for making my first time very new car purchase a happy experience. I came upon Findlay Chevrolet by chance and I am so happy with my choice. Started with DJ at Findlay on a Saturday, looking for a safe, new car for my 16 year old daughter..wasn't sure exactly what car we wanted. No pressure at all from D.J. just patient and helpful. We did not purchase on this visit...wanted to look around at other Chevy dealers. Went to Ed Bozarth (not too helpful) and ended up at Henderson Chevrolet (they lied to us on the phone about the cars they had in stock) once we arrived, they tried to sell us what they had and were not very professional at all..called DJ on the phone headed back over to Findlay. DJ was happy once again to spend time helping us find a safe car for our daughter. DJ is a great guy, we felt he truly cared about what WE wanted, not what cars HE was looking to sell. NO PRESSURE AT ALL, VERY PROFESSIONAL...Frank in finance was very helpful and Tyler took us to our car to explain the OnStar System and answered ALL of our questions. We felt VERY WELL taken care of and realized how much time we wasted at Ed Bozarth and Henderson Chevrolet. Don't waste your time, just look for DJ Jeffers when you get there...
