Worst customer service! ! Had an 8:30am service appointment for a front end brake service, A/C service and a tire rotation. Never heard from service writer, called and left a ! Show up to pick up vehicle at 7pm and was told vehicle was never looked at and the mechanic left at 2pm. Vehicle sat entire day without being touched and no courtesy call or even an apology when picking up vehicle and no manager on property with over 2 hours left until closing. Apparently my time and schedule means nothing to this establishment. Lost all business from me and any referrals. Take your vehicle to where there's some sort of customer service because this dealership has none More

My worst dealer experience yet! My first time here in service & not a good impression at all. They take forever to perform simple work and they don't communicate with you! The don't honor appointments, they actually don't even go by the appointment schedule so why even bother with making one? How can I trust this dealer for service or sales with this kind of treatment.
