Before coming to Findlay Chevrolet, we had gone to Towbin Dodge in search for a new vehicle. There is no comparison in the atmosphere, customer service, knowledge, and simple sincerity of Coop our salesman. Dodge in search for a new vehicle. Coop, greeted us as we walked up to the front doors, we knew which car we wanted, and he was knowledgable about the vehicle. When it came time to sit down to negotiate the deal, we felt comfortable, where there is normally pressure to wheel and deal. We truly felt that Coop's intentions was to get us the best deal possible, and not focusing on his own bottom line. We had completed the signing of the paperwork, and had to get one other persons signature, and Coop went out of his way to follow us in our new car to get this all done, when the unfortunate happened. We got into an accident bringing home our new car on the I15 freeway. Coop went over and beyond his call of duty as a salesman, he got out of his car to make sure we were okay, and to direct the speeding cars away from the accident until help came. He is not only an outstanding salesman, but an awesome human being. Words cannot express how pleased we are with the service that we have received from Findlay, as they are providing us with a rental car all expense paid, until our car is fixed, and from our salesman Coop.
