I've taken my 2000 Silverado in to Findlay Chevrolet for service a few times. Scott Nordberg has been great to work with. I had a friend that was interested in purchasing my truck so I asked Scott if he'd mind finding out what the value was. He put me in touch with Scott Nicolari, who contacted me almost immediately. When I went to pick up the old truck from the service department, I went and sat down with Scott Nicolari who walked me through the details on my truck. He let me know trade-in value, showed me similar trucks that had sold at auction, and discussed what a fair price would be for a friend. A couple of days later I inquired about prices of new trucks. Scott was very responsive and very up front with the pricing. I settled on the new 2013 Silverado that I wanted. Given the rebates and tax discounts, I ended up trading in the old truck instead of selling it myself. I went to pick up the new truck and the whole process was not only very efficient, but the deal was exactly what Scott said it would be. I went through Gill for financing. He was also very up front, explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and was very efficient. The best part about the whole experience was that there were never any games. I would recommend working with any of these gentlemen. More
I am new to town and I brung in my vehicle to be looked at. As I entered I was immediately assisted by Billy C. with a smile! We met our 1st shuttle driver Eli (also with a smile) who was taking us home, was smooth and personable with us. Enjoyed the ride and conversation. Our 2nd shuttle driver was Tom (also with a smile) who picked us up from our home. First meeting over the phone was very professional and attentive confirmed whereabouts to pick us up. Called when reached us open all doors (forgot to mention as did 1st driver). Conversation on the way back was warm and personable. Very easy going and enjoyable. Great going above and beyond for a customer! Soda & Hot beverage unlimited as you wait. Shuttle service with a smile and opening doors. And when you return too pick up a freshly washed vehicle is speechless.Reason I rated Findlay Great! People like them make people like us come back time after time! Mind you, this was my first visit and this won't be my last! Keep up the great work!!! More
Stopped to service our GMC Acadia. Met Brian Savinda, through Nick Manning, and was asked if we were in the market for a new vehicle. I said we had been thinking about it and Brian asked more questions, we asked questions and then went out and drove the Chevy Traverse and ended up dealing on it. Was very appreciative of Brian's easy and non aggressive approach. Have had other dealers that were very aggressive. The whole experience was very good and due to my health problems Brian and Diane, moved us through the whole process quickly and efficiently. The paperwork required under Nevada law was a little complicated when it came to addressing the "tax credit" applied toward the trade in value as part of the reduction of the total sales tax paid. Frank explained the way the numbers are calculated in the deal in a way that I was able to fully understand. DJ was a great host during the entire process, energetically demonstrating the differences between the Tahoe LT and LTZ. The LTZ was the choice once my wife realized that it had air-conditioned front seats just like our trade-in. I had met him there on previous occasions while searching for a particular car and was glad to have had him for the salesman on this purchase and would definitely use him again. More
I went in to trade in a vehicle and before they called me i had gotten turned down from to other dealerships. thought i wasn't going to get approved at this dealership either. But to my surprise i was able to get into a new vehicle. i went thruogh Internet sales with Mr. Olmstead and he was great with working with me and finding me a deal. he called me as soon as he got i that morning to reassure me he was working on my paperwork and by noon he had great news for me like he said. i am very pleased with his and all of the staff professionalism. and he got me what i wanted. Brian is an extremely family oriented man and has a vast knowledge about not only the vehicles on the lot, but about life in general. We felt as if he let us into his family and treated us as such. We were knowledge about not only the vehicles on the lot, but about life in general. We felt as if he let us into his family and treated us as such. We were not sure what we wanted to do, fix our 100k+ miles, 8 year old car with a check engine light on, trade it in for a used car, or try to get a new car with no options at all because we did not have much of a budget. He took the time to walk us through the entire lot to see all of our options if we wanted to get a different vehicle and trade the one we had, or if we wanted to fix our clunker. He was able to compare our options and did not make us feel at all as if he was forcing us into a decision, but rather let us decide what we wanted to do. We knew we were upside down in our broken car and, as i said before, we did not have much of a budget. Not only did he fit us into the exact size vehicle we wanted, he also was able to get us a fully loaded option and made it affordable for us. We purchased a new vehicle for very little more monthly than we were paying on our broken vehicle. Not once did we feel stressed about what we were doing, and not once did he ever offend us or make us feel awkward with ill humor, as other dealerships have done. He showed us everything we could have ever thought of with our new vehicle and made us confident in all of its features. Last year we purchased a Hyundai from Planet Hyundai, and after our visit with Brian, we instantly regretted not meeting him sooner. The difference in customer service and simply straight morality and personable experience make all the difference in the world, and we will follow Brian for all of our future vehicle interests, even if he leaves his current dealership. That's not to say that ANYONE at Findlay Chevy treated us wrong or did not exhibit extraordinary customer service, just that Brian is one of those people you only meet once in a life time. More
Went to Findlay to have a front end alignment on a 2005 Silverado on Feb 6th. My vehicle was ready and washed within an hour. While driving home i realized, although the truck was driving straight down the road, the steering wheel was not level. When I returned home I phoned Heather Bobenhausen, service writer, left a message and explained the issue. She called back immediatley and set me up for an appoinment for Feb 8th. When I arrived Heather was very professional and apologetic. She had my truck into service right away. In a half hour my truck was once again ready. Driving home again I was happy with the level steering wheel, however, letting go of the wheel to approve of the alignment, the truck drifted direclty to the right, crossing into the next lane. I was never told that the front end had any issues which would prevent a corrct alignment. I have been going the this dealership for 5 years with no complaints. The only reason I write this review is out of frustraion. I do not want to return a third time to have a simple alignment done correctly. More

Our initial contact was by phone with Nathan Janacek. We were out of state & found a Chevrolet Equinox on the website that we were interested in purchasing. We were so impressed with him and the particular vehicle that we decided to travel 200 miles to check it all out and have a little vacation in Las Vegas. All in all, it was a terrific experience dealing with all personnel at Findlay Chevrolet. From the initial helpful greeter to the good bye wave from Nathan, it was as enjoyable of an experience as a vehicle purchase can be! We received a great car at a reasonable price with extremely helpful financing & technical training provided before we left. We were totally impressed with the professionalism shown by Nathan, Mike Chance, and Frank Ryan! We have already recommended the dealership to people admiring our new Equinox and will continue to promote the Findlay dealership to potential buyers in the future. More
