Nick advised me of the year end sales for the 2013 models and Brian called me the next day. I decided it was time to go and see what they had and what they could do for me. I got out of my vehicle and was asked if I could be helped, I advised them I would like to see Brian. The sales person - introduced himself (but I do not remember his name) escorted me to the wait area - advise me of the refreshments that was available and if I wanted some water. He then said Brian was with another customer right now, but would be right with me. I then saw Reuben - I know him from prior visits and he has always taken the time to meet and greet me. We talked a little and I advised him why I was there and who I was going to see. He advised me that Brian would take care of me. Brian approached me in about 5 minutes, we went to his desk and talked about what I wanted. That was key, he wanted to know what I wanted - he wanted to make sure he could help me get what I wanted and not what they had to sell me. Nick stopped by when he saw me with Brian and he said he was glad that I was there to at least take a look at what they had. I felt like I was the only customer there, even though they seemed busy, I was shown the vehicles I wanted to see - it did not have all the options I wanted, but that is why they call them options - it had what I needed and a couple of items I did not know was available. So long story short, customer service was excellent, I was not pressured and after I made my decision the final processing was smooth and I went home with my new 2013 Silverado. More

My Toyota lease is coming to an end this coming January and knowing first hand there are virtually no "real" lease deals to be found that time of year I started to shop for a new lease now. BTW - in my opinion, July is a great month to get into a lease. Between the dealership incentives along with what the manufactures kick-in the savings are tremedous! Don't know about the rest of the country, but in Vegas Toyota's best deals just couldn't match the smokin lease I got from Findlay Chevrolet. After some pretty in depth research and reading reviews from Edmunds, KBB, U.S. News, Car & Driver, Popular Mechanics and other sources, I settled on the Traverse LT. Wow! has Chevy come a long way in design, comfort, amenities and just overall style since the last time I looked at them. I drive over 60 miles RT to work have some nagging back problems and the power seat is just the ticket I needed to make the ride very comfortable. The inside is very well appointed and the cargro space is Huge! I am a Costco member and Findlay Chevrolet is the designated dealer for the Costco program. After dealing with those "other" dealers (non Costco) there is a certain ease in working with the guys from Findlay. My salesman Newell Olmstead was super to work with. We went "around" a bit, but in the end I think we both got what we wanted. Mike Chance spent almost an hour with me and my family showing us all the features of the vehicle. Talk about informative and intertaining. It's obvious Mike is really into his role at the dealership. Even the time spent with Gill Bouganim, the finance guy was painless.I now recommend Findlay Chevrolet to all my friends. Thanks Findlay. You've got a loyal customer! More
