After living in Las Vegas for a dozen years and buying several cars for my wife and myself, I can say that this was the best car buying service a 6. The internet salesman, Tony Tonkin, did a great job connecting with me via email. Once there, he was friendly and helped me to find a vehicle that met my needs and wants. Once I was back from the test drive Tony gave me upfront pricing information without the smoke and mirrors that is normally found in car dealerships in town. David Janacek helped as well. Both salesmen were friendly and seemed trustworthy, and neither was pushy or put pressure on me to make a decision before I was confident in my final choice. Once everything was agreed on I got a car was and full tank of gas, as well as some tasty popcorn, before I left. Overall this was an experience I would gladly repeat and plan on going back as soon as I need another car. I will fully recommend Findlay Chevrolet to anyone i know who is looking for a vehicle. I was a previous Chevy owner in California of 11 years I had no choice when i needed to buy another car, so I got into Ford. I had nothing but trouble and couldn't wait to get out of the car. When the time was right, I walked into Chevy to buy the car I wanted I was greeted and treated with tender loving care with everyone I came in contact with. i knew it would feel good to come back to Chevy but I had no idea I would be treated like family. The staff from every level eased my worries and concerns. They bent over backwards to make sure I continued to smile. At one point I did cry, but those were tears of Joy. Newell was very helpful in working out the numbers and finding the right Camero for me. My only complaint was that there was that the interior was not cleaned well before delivering the vehicle to me. That was only a minor issue however because when I came in on that following Monday they took great care to clean the car. I was greeted as-soon-as i walked in the door by Reuben Banks. Mr. Banks is a very pleasant person. He found out what my car need were and set me up with Frank Tehrani. The car was going to be a gift for my wife so i didn't have my trade-in vehicle there with me. After i had an idea of which vehicle i wanted i had to drive home, get my trade and return to the dealership. I received a very good price for my trade as well as some additional discounts i wasn't aware i qualified for. (I'm active duty military, USAA member) Mr. Tehrani provided terrific customer service. He stayed 3 hours past his normal shift helping me choose options, colors, waiting for me to run home for my trade, etc...Frank also set-up an appointment time for my wife to come into the dealership the next day where he could explain all the workings of the car to her and to give her a tour of the dealership. I'm very satisfied, very happy with our purchase...thanks to Mr. Tehrani and Mr. Banks. More
