Before visiting the Findley dealership, I browsed the Traverse inventory on the internet, saw several several vehicles that I interested me (options, color, etc). Set up an appointment for the following day with Mike McNulty who showed me the vehicles that I was interested in. I found Mike professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I can say the same about the rest of the Findley staff that I encountered during the puchase of our new 2014 Traverse....Geoff, Mike Chance and Kat. The entire process was efficient, quick and friendly...and....the staff took the time to explain the various features on this new vehicle. Yes, I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More

I have been a loyal Saturn car owner since 1992. Since Saturn went out of business, I have had all of my service completed at the Findlay Chevrolet Dealership. I followed Tony Smith who is the Director o Saturn went out of business, I have had all of my service completed at the Findlay Chevrolet Dealership. I followed Tony Smith who is the Director of Services/Parts with Findlay Chevrolet from Saturn. He and his team has always ensured that my 8th Saturn stayed in tip top shape. Just recently I took my Saturn Vue in for regular maintenance and actually drove out in a new Chevrolet Equinox. This was not my intention when I arrived at the dealership this past Friday. I am getting ready to move back home to Louisiana and will be traveling daily with my job. My Vue had over 80k miles so I thought it might be a good idea to see what my options were before I hit the highway back to the Swamp. Tony introduced me to Brian Savinda, who was awesome at accessing what was important to me when deciding which vehicle would best suit me. Saturn customers are accustom to a certain level of customer service so I wasn't sure how this experience was going to measure up. Well, I am happy so say, that while I am not driving a beloved Saturn #9, I had a great experience buying my first Chevrolet. After Brian asked me a few questions, we headed to the lot where he had picked out the perfect vehichle for me. He showed me all the bells and whistles, we took it for a test drive and I was sold. The first one he showed me - he had listened to what I said I wanted, needed and would like to have - he found it in one shot. His knowledge of the car was great - especially being able to compare it to my Vue. Not to mention he was very friendly so I felt completely comfortable with asking questions. Plus there was never a time that I felt pushed into buying this car. So, now that I had committed to buying the car, I was introduced to Nathan Janacek -for my financing. Nate was able to help secure a good interest rate for me, add some additional options and lower my projected monthly note!!! WOW - that was more than I could have hoped for. And again, he was truly friendly and made the last part of my buying experience very easy. This story all started because I was having service done on my Vue and that is where it will continue. I will continue to have all my service done at Findlay Chevrolet with Tony and his team until my return to Louisiana. Thank you Findlay Chevrolet, Tony, Brian and Nate for a truly pleasurable car buying experience. More

Newell was my sales person and he was wonderful!! He made this experience the best!! He was very helpul and knowledgeable. He wasn't like the ususal car salesman who just wants to make a sale. His customer service is extremely above and beyond!!! He even followed up with me a couple of days after the sale was done. Nathan Janacek was my fincance person and he was awesome too very reassuring and knowledgable and never a dull moment going over the necessary paperwork. Normally this part is just sign, sign, and sign, but he made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions with no hesitation. Findlay Chevrolet is the best hands down. At the end of the sale they take you to your car and there is a sign right behind that says welcome to the findlay chevrolet family and I do believe that statement is very true. If you are in need of a car and are looking for a dealership who is not going to treat you just asa sale then look no further, Findlay Cheverolet is the place to go!!!! We were initially just looking and wasn't going to make a decision right away but they gave us an offer that would be stupid to refuse. Everybody at the dealership were accomodating and helpful. I brought my vehicle in for a oil leak and oil change, luckily the leak was not a major thing and I was in and out in no time, thanks to service advisor Billy Chang as our number one person to take our ve luckily the leak was not a major thing and I was in and out in no time, thanks to service advisor Billy Chang as our number one person to take our vehicles to and we would not trust anyone else. My overall experience here was great. I had my car towed here because it wasn't running. Once they received my car, I felt comfortable as my service advisor (Billy Chang) called me and explained the service here because it wasn't running. I went to Gaudin Ford to trade in my Ford Escape and I could not get any help!! Frustrated, I decide to go next door to Findley Chevrolet.
