(unlike other dealers where they hit you with a matrix of prices dependent of how much "additional money" you put down....with an undisclosed (high) interest rate. Was so happy with that experience, I went back for my next purchase, a 2014 Silverado 1500, found the experience as good as the first time. I went in with reasonable expectations on trade/purchase price/discounts and closed the deal within minutes. Thanks Brian Savinda and Dennis Wade for another great experience. Yea! Carlos! I came into the service department on April 21st to get my 2008 Saturn Vue (Ruby) an oil change and fuel induction service done. I was greeted with a I came into the service department on April 21st to get my 2008 Saturn Vue (Ruby) an oil change and fuel induction service done. I was greeted with a smile by Carlos Aquino who then proceeded to get Ruby right into the system. I always wait in the lobby when I have work done. Shortly, Carlos came and gave me an update on Ruby and brought with him an extended warranty (Select) brochure that he thought I might be interested in - and he was right! When I asked him for a copy of the full contract (I like to read the "fine print"), he immediately got it. When the work was done on Ruby, Carlos came to the lobby to tell me - and I had several questions/concerns about the warranty plan. Carlos was able to answer all my questions/concerns. I felt so secure in his knowledge of the plan that I, indeed, purchased it. I was really impressed by Carlos - from the moment he greeted me to the time I drove Ruby out of the service department. He was not only friendly and courteous, he was very patient with me - especially when I was quizzing him on the warranty plan. I've always been treated well by the folks in the Service Department but this was an exceptionally pleasant visit. Please let Carlos know how much I appreciate his supurb customer service. I have always worked with N I brought my car in for service on Friday, April 18, 2014. Much to my dismay, my car needed more work than I had expected. I have always worked with Nick Lautenbach when it came with servicing my car. He has been amazing over the years trying to find out what was wrong with my car at different times. This time, he suggested I might consider a new car. I ended up talking with Brian Savinda. Although he's a Pittsburgh Steeler fan and I'm a Green Bay Packer fan, we managed to work well together. I told him I had my heart set on a Chevy Cruze, because I had driven it as a rental while my car was serviced. He suggested a Chevy Sonic. We took the Sonic for a test drive, and I enjoyed it. But my heart was still with the Cruze. Brian S. willingly let me take it for a test drive, too. Much to my surprise, Brian was right - I fell in love with the Sonic. Even bought it in RED! What totally sold me was that there was NO PRESSURE! The last time I bought a car, I felt pressured into the purchase. I woke up the next day regretting that decision. NOT THIS TIME! I woke up Saturday morning thrilled with my decision. Thanks to the team that worked with me and will continue to work with me for anything in the future. Cathy Peters More
