My husband and I were not happy that we had been dealing with a buyback situation with another car company on our vehicles. We came in to begin the process of replacing our vehicles in October, due to the legal red tape our dates kept getting pushed off :(. She was very patient, kept in touch and even tolerated me coming in 3-4 times and changing the vehicle I wanted to get. When it was all said and done with the other company in December we came in, drove the cars one last time and were out with NO HASSLE! She has brought us back to the Chevy family!
