Getting the right person to get me the car I wanted. Matt Masluk is a great car salesman. I didn't decide to be serious about getting a new car until after a car trip to California. Having decided to get serious, I went around to other Chevrolet dealerships so that I knew when it was time to decide, I had done a real due diligence. Matt's original impression brought me back to Findlay. This time I had my wife with me and Matt took the time to answer all of her questions so that when we looked at the car we ultimately selected, she felt comfortable with Matt, Findlay and the car. Matt really knows his stuff. His demeanor and knowledge gave us great confidence. When the lease is up in three years, we will come back to Matt for the replacement. More

My experience with dealerships hasn't always been good and when I took my 2014 Che I am so impressed with the service department at Findlay Chevrolet. My experience with dealerships hasn't always been good and when I took my 2014 Chevy Tahoe in for the 45,000 service, I was running late for work and in a hurry of course and needed a ride to work. As I rolled into the service drive behind four other cars, I thought I would have to wait awhile. My service rep, Heather came onto the drive right away. She even got me a coffee from the showroom and arranged a ride for me in the courtesy shuttle. To and from work! I was pleasantly surprised that my truck was ready so soon and happy for the rides and the coffee! More
