I would be bombarded by sales people trying to get me to buy something I didn't want and add a bunch of extras. Not so. I was able to take my time looking at the vehicle type I was interested in and then find the right sales person to help me with my purchase. No pressure from anyone. Matt was wonderful and worked with me to get what I wanted the best way he could. Once I received my new car, he continued to help me settle in with all of the perks that came along with my purchase. Fantastic customer service fun car buying experience I have been wanting to buy a new truck for years. I finally decided it was time so i first went to the chevy website to look at what truck i wanted. I I have been wanting to buy a new truck for years. I finally decided it was time so i first went to the chevy website to look at what truck i wanted. I chose the Chevy Colorado. I made a list of all the stuff i wanted in my truck at the chevy website. I then went to the Findlay Chevrolet website and did some looking. The website is very user friendly and full of information on every car. I was able to find the exact truck i wanted on the website I wrote down the stock number and the vin number and headed down to the dealership. Once at Findlay Chevrolet I was immediately approached by Thurston Simpson he welcomed us to Findlay Chevrolet and asked what he could help us with. I told him what i have done and asked if they still had the truck listed on the website he said well lets go inside and find out. Took about 30 seconds for him to find out and we were off to go take a look at the truck we went on a test drive and that was it i was in love and knew i wanted it. We sat down and did the paperwork went to the finance office did the financial part and that was it we were done. No one was trying to sell me more options or some other truck with more stuff. It was such a nice car buying experience. every single person i talked to was super friendly and helpful. I got the truck they showed me how to use all the electronics inside and i was off. After about a week i decided i wanted a tonneau cover so i went back to Findlay Chevrolet and headed to the parts department Talked to the guys and decided on the cover i wanted. They ordered it called me when it came in i came back had it installed showed he how to use it and take care of it and i was off yet another awesome experience at Findlay Chevrolet. More

He explained the features that are now available. With all the technology that vehicles are coming with now, these explanations were very essential. He took his time with me looking at vehicles, going back & forth between vehicles & explaining the differences & features.
