Raul and Tony went WAY OUT of their way to help us and worked until they got the deal we wanted. My biggest fear with buying a car is that we would get hustled and ripped off, we left feeling super confident in our deal and our new suv. I am NOT an easy person to please by any means but i have no complaints 😊 We shopped around at several dealerships and saw a couple cars we liked but ultimately, the service at Chevy and their willingness to make it work, is why we stayed! Look at Cameros. Well we just went to look and get some information on the Camero. Only, the colors I liked the Camero didn't come in those colors. Sales person showed me some they had in stock for the 2019s. Took a test drive on the only one that I had interest in. He sat down with us to ask what our needs were for the Camero. Went over them and Findlay Chevrolet was able to assist to make a decision to purchase the one I test drove with no pressure. Assisted us professionally with us much discounts and rebates to purchase the Camero. More

False statements and shady sales people Went in looking for a new vehicle because of all the great deals. They didn't have the color vehicle I wanted, so the sales manager told me that th Went in looking for a new vehicle because of all the great deals. They didn't have the color vehicle I wanted, so the sales manager told me that the color shouldn't matter because I wouldn't see it from the inside of the car while I was driving it. Their sales guy (Kevin Flores) proceeded to bait me all week with texts confirming that he could still honor sales prices when I came back in for the color and type of vehicle I was looking for. Sadly enough, these were all lies and they tried to talk me back into buying a truck for even more money than had been declined before. More

Service Ripoff Customer be wary. Purchased a new 2017 Chevrolet two years ago from this dealership. Went in for oil change and tire rotation when required. After 2 Customer be wary. Purchased a new 2017 Chevrolet two years ago from this dealership. Went in for oil change and tire rotation when required. After 2 1/2 hours and a $50 bill, left the dealership. Retuning home I found later that not only were the tires NOT rotated , the oil filter had NOT been changed. This is a SERIOUS sevice mistake. Retuning, I was given numerous excuses and apologies and after another 2 hours, finally received the services I had paid for. Fast foward...Last week, needing oil service again, I decided to give their service department another chance. Much to my surprise before leaving the parking lot, AGAIN the mechanic did NOT change the oil filter. Excuses, apologies, comp service and oil changes were offered this time. I am an old gearhead myself. I know these old practices and mark my filter and tires prior to service to make sure they are changed. Lucky my oil filter is accessible by opening my hood. The average person would never catch this shoddy workmanship and sometimes longterm engine damage can result. Two different mechanics, two different times. I feel this is not a coincidence. Something is wrong there and I doubt if I will return again for any type of service. BEWARE !!!!! More
