Adam Clavette and his boss David Janacek lied about the terms we negotiated over hours and conveniently changed the deal right before going into the finance office. Then Adam Clavette had the nerve to call ME a liar to my wife saying to her that I need to get over my ego and listen to him. Adam told me the only way to buy the car we had negotiated on was for me to finance through GM at a rate double than what we agreed upon leaving me to have come back the following month and refinance with them to get the lower rate that he had initially offered so yet again he could benefit from a new deal. I do not buy into these sleazy sales tactics nor do I appreciate him trying to pit my wife against me to get his double commission. *** THIS DEALERSHIP CANNOT BE TRUSTED*** More

Late on a Friday afternoon I was told by auto zone that my trouble engine message was a issue only fixed by a dealership. Findlay dealership was still open. I called and was told by Nick he could get me in first thing in the morning. I explained my dilemma to him as I was on the way to assist my wife with the sudden death of our Daughter in Canada. Time was very important to me. He said to come by and he would have a look and see if anything could be done. Long story short he was very courteous professional and kind. 45 minutes later I was back on the road and Nick was the reason. Excellent individual and employee that deserves recognition for his commitment to his profession and customer service. From my Family to yours NICK THANK YOU More
I have never been so unhappy with my experience. The person doing the Financial part, should ask us if we would like to use our own bank. Instead they checked on three different banks and I have excel person doing the Financial part, should ask us if we would like to use our own bank. So I went to my credit union I applied for 1.99 and when I spoke to the loan person she told me my credit scores drop because of to many inquiries. So I got it for 2.94. I have sent this dealership many people to buy cars there. Just very unhappy this time. My sales gentlemen are the best, wouldn’t have anyone else More

But it doesn’t have to be that way, and at Findlay Chevrolet it’s not. I just leased my fifth car from Findlay Chevy and although it always a pleasant and easy experience, this last experience was by far the best. If the trend is that the purchase experience is going to keep improving with each visit, then they have me for life. First of all, Chevy just makes a great car! The new Equinox is just a great machine, so good that there are now two of them in our driveway. No more fighting over who gets to drive it. But there are many good cars on the market today and there are no shortage of Chevy dealers in Vegas, so a truly great automotive experience really falls on the dealer who sells them now. That’s what brings us back to Findlay. The selection of cars is huge, the sales staff is always friendly and respectful and eager to help, and lastly the management team goes above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer. None of the pushy hard-core sales techniques found elsewhere, just an eagerness to find what you want and need to make a deal. I like that. Our salesman is Nathan, and we will not work with anyone else. The man is a true gentleman and professional. But with any organization the level of competence and professionalism that sets the standard for everyone always flows from the top down, and at Findlay that starts with the General Manager. Findlay is a great organization, deeply rooted and supportive of our community and that means a lot to us. It’s also obvious that they know how to select their people to represent their stores.
