3 hours + for an oil change, with an appointment, is not acceptable. The only person who smiled is the gal that was our service writer in the quick lane section of the service department. We have bought 2 Chevys form this dealership and in the past this was a great place to buy and service our SUV. Wearing a baseball cap that says Vietnam Veteran usually gets a few thank you for your service and here they always said that. Not anymore. To top it off is a bill for $70 for an oil change. We can go to any Tire Works or Meineke or Ted Wiens to get the same service for a lot less and get out within an hour. You have all these people these workers and you can't have a shuttle service ( you could show off your cars). If it wasn't for the extended warrantee we would not be back. Its been a nice ride but it's apparently time shop elsewhere. Thanks M.W. More

This was my first experience at Findlay Chevrolet as I recently moved to Las Vegas. The staff was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I p recently moved to Las Vegas. The staff was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I pulled into the service bay. The facility was amazing - huge, modern, and welcoming. Dahlia was my service representative. She kept me informed regarding the progress of my vehicle service. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and could answer all my technical questions. Sam Litman was also very helpful. He answered all of my questions about a number of vehicles and was very patient with me. Based on my interactions with these individuals, as well as my overall experience, I would definitely return to Findlay Chevrolet for all my service needs and purchases in the future. More

First, I would like to say that I came to this car dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership after which I sent a message out to multiple dealerships. On January 23, 2024, I rece dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership after which I sent a message out to multiple dealerships. On January 23, 2024, I received responses from a few dealerships and sent each one a list of the items that I desired in my new 2024 Corvette C8 Convertible. By this time, I had learned everything I could about the differences between the different versions of the vehicle, so I understood what I wanted. I received an email from the General Manager, Doug Fleming stating that he would like to assist me and that he would make sure that I get everything I need to make an informed decision. I sent him an email stating what I wanted and he had Frank Chelli reach out to me and work with me to put an order together. On January 25, my order was submitted to Chevrolet and approved. Frank stayed in contact with me from the time we put the order in until I took my car home on March 8. My car actually made it to the dealership on March 4 but it had to go through the normal inspections by the maintenance team. When the car was presented to us on March 7th, we discovered that the car had scratches in the clear coat that were very visible. I was devastated because that was the same thing that happened to us at the other car dealership on a corvette that we purchased from the showroom. We assumed that a new car coming straight from the factory wouldn't have those kinds of issues. Ryan informed us that they would have a 3rd party company come in and do a "Real" detail on my car. On March 8th we went back to the dealership and inspected the paint job. The car was beautiful. The only other thing that I have an issue with is that I felt that we should have been offered something for our inconveniences especially after spending over six figures for the car and paying cash. They could have thrown in the couple of hundred dollars for getting our windows tinted and the maintenance fee for the installation of our radiator grill covers. We paid for the grill covers already and just need to pay for the maintenance. I mentioned that to our salesperson Frank yesterday when he called me so we will see if he can make that happen. Overall, the process was a lot faster than I expected and I am very grateful for that. I tried to order a Cadillac LYRIQ and still two years later, I haven't received it. I also tried to order a Range Rover a year ago and that never came to fruition, so this was way above my expectations. We would definitely buy another car from them. More
