The whole experience was 5 star. The sales manager ( Garey Deocampo) was really great! The salesman (Gary Mamiya) was like dealing with family, he was very concerned to make sure we were comfortable and Garey Deocampo) was really great! The finance person ( Fabio Toscano) went totally out of his way to get us a great deal. I truly believe I would not have been able to get the purchasing deal I got anywhere else. The sales manager gave me much more than I had expected on my trade in. After all that I was given total instructions on my new truck and all of its features. I wish that I could say more about how happy I am and all the money they saved me! Thank you all at Findlay Chevrolet. More

Bought a 2015 pre-owned Equinox LT from Findlay. Thought I was getting a certified pre-owned with low mileage. Purchased there drivetrain warranty with it ($2,500). 2 months later, with less than 700 miles I was getting a certified pre-owned with low mileage. Purchased there drivetrain warranty with it ($2,500). 2 months later, with less than 700 miles put on since buying, the fuel tank fuel pump goes out along with a motor mount. Pump not part of the powertrain, so it was $2,250 to replace, the motor mount ($800) was cover fortunately, but with a $200 deduct. Get the car back, go to fill up with gas and gas dripping everywhere under the car. There mechanic punctured the fill tube. 8 days later and still waiting to get my car back. If you plan on buying anything but new from Findlay, I recommend you have your mechanic inspect before buying, can not say that I would trust the quality of the Findlay mechanics when the claim it as been "CERTIFIED". Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Can't say I'm sorry, but would never recommend Findlay Chevrolet. More

Waited 90 days after purchase...to ensure "new car magic" wouldn't influence review. IT WORKED! Everything was perfect on "that day" and since! From first reassuring phone call with sales manager Mike Arthur, (had some complications re existing lease and he promised to take care of everything to our satisfaction), to meeting with special salesman Matt Masluk (patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind), through the contribution of everyone else (Finance, Service, Delivery) we had an extremely successfull, stress-free, pleasant transaction! Yes, their goal is to sell/lease cars, but NO ONE ever seemed to have any other agenda except to make sure we were happy with every part of our experience with Findlay Chevrolet. And we were...and are! Their reputation of integrity, service and customer satisfaction was evident throughout our business dealing with them. We still LOVE our new Traverse and everyone who helped make this deal possible! AND...we promise we're not related to anyone there! More

I called from out of state, Ray Jimenez answered and immediately I was at ease. He took video footage of the car and sent it to me before my trip.
