If I could give this place zero stars I would. Second time buying a car at this location. Horrendous customer service all over around from getting called the f word via a phone call by a finance manager to getting schooled by Ryan. His words and solutions are get a new car. Oh on top of it that my credit was an issue…. Not sure where or how they get off getting to talk to customers like that and not expect us or me to say something. When I do respond they get offended and say I’m rude… I will be waiting for the GM to respond before posting on TikTok this encounter that occurred today 8/12/2024… it will show how poor their customer service is and how condescending and disrespectful they are. The so called general service manager walked away while I was showing him the issues with the car and he’s the one that stated well then get another “new car”!!! Not sure how they won those other trophies but I will be making it my mission to expose them and show everyone how they treat returning customers. To them sadly you don’t mean anything as Ryan stated the bank doesn’t care if you don’t want the car…. Again terrible terrible service. You guys had my car for a week to be fixed yet I get it back how it looked before look at pictures on top of it your tech damaged the leather car seat!!!! More

The service team always provides the best possible experience. The service agent I deal with Nick Lautenbach has always had ALL of my vehicles (5) looked after. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT - worst customer service I’ve ever experienced being a lifetime Chevrolet owner. They replaced my battery 13 months ago due to the factory installed worst customer service I’ve ever experienced being a lifetime Chevrolet owner. They replaced my battery 13 months ago due to the factory installed battery failing while my truck was still under warranty. The 13 month old battery has now failed. I was finally able to get one service rep, David, on the phone after trying for 6 hours to reach anyone in the service department. I kept being transferred to voicemail or told someone would call me back. All David would tell me was that since the truck is no longer under warranty, there is nothing they can do. The battery itself has its own 36 month warranty that they will not honor. I have tried again all morning to reach someone as David said a superior manager would have to override the warranty issue. No one has called me, and again, all I get is transferred to voicemail. The service department receptionist, Sarah, isn’t even speaking when she answers the phone, she just transfers me back to John’s voicemail. Ridiculous! More
