Traded in my car for a newer Chevy, felt kinda rushed throughout the process and the sales person I had an appt with was not there. The other salesperson who helped me didnt know what was in their lot an throughout the process and the sales person I had an appt with was not there. The other salesperson who helped me didnt know what was in their lot and I didnt get to look at any Chevy Trailblazers because they didn't have any. Poor communication from the person who reached out to make the appointment. I felt pressured into a purchase for a different vehicle after that. I suggest shopping around before heading to this dealership. More
I usually don’t go to this location but I did because I was getting off my over night shift at the hospital near by, desperately needing an oil change. The customer service from my service advisor Lana Garceau was great! However, my car was damaged. I received my car with a cracked windshield from top to bottom that was not there previously. When getting checked in the service advisor takes pictures of your vehicle prior to service for liability purposes and I did initially have a small crack at the bottom of the windshield, but I’m unsure if more damage was created by the equipment during the car wash when they washed my car or I don’t know I’m unsure. All I know it was damaged while under their service and with their expertise I would imagine they would have handled with better care. Also, I asked to personally speak to the manager so they could see the damage but no manager ever came out to acknowledge me or the issue, and I was just given a card by my service advisor to call later. That’s what I was really displeased with, that the manager didn’t even take the time to acknowledge the me the customer or the issue. I even would have been pleased if the manager or someone with their expertise convinced me of how this damage could of happened, but I wasn’t acknowledged at all, and they were dismissive. I would be recommending anyone to this location and would recommend Chevrolet In Henderson on Gibson location, for the experience overall for the customer is better! More

Not too happy with the Findlay Chevrolet. I went to the dealership on New Year’s Eve and was greeted by a salesman (Pablo or Pedro) who asked me how he could “help?” I told him I was interest I went to the dealership on New Year’s Eve and was greeted by a salesman (Pablo or Pedro) who asked me how he could “help?” I told him I was interested in purchasing a particular vehicle (Tahoe LS) at “MSRP.” I told him I was concerned with the “Market Adjustment” on the vehicle and specifically told him that I was prepared to purchase it that day, if I could buy it at MSRP. In response, the salesman Pedro/Pablo told me “don’t worry about the Market Adjustment, they will take that off because it’s the last day of the year and you can buy it at MSRP.” Pablo/Pedro then told me he was going to get a manager (Bryan) to confirm what he was saying. Pablo/Pedro brought back Bryan who I believe introduced himself as the internet sales manager. Almost immediately, Bryan backpedaled on what Pablo/Pedro told me only minutes earlier. Bryan apologized for what Pablo/Pedro represented and proceeded to tell me that they “would not be able to sell me the vehicle at MSRP,” as was represented by Pablo/Pedro, but would be willing to work things out. Bryan then convinced us to test drive the vehicle and said that we could still work things out. After the test drive, we went inside and met with Bryan who told me that the best Findlay could do was to sell the vehicle at $3000 over MSRP, which is not what the Pablo/Pedro, the original salesman represented. I am very disappointed that Findlay Chevrolet did not honor the spoken word of its representative, which was indeed acknowledge verbally and in writing (via text) by the internet sales manager, Bryan. I have purchased 2 brand new Cadillac’s from Findlay Cadillac but have never had an experience like this. I do not plan on buying any more vehicles from Findlay and certainly will be advising friends, family and colleagues of my experience and recommending that they do the same. More
