About two weeks ago I purchased a new 2024 CT5, which so far, I'm very pleased with. My salesman, Mr. Marc Alberto, was friendly, professional, and down to earth. Purchasing my vehicle at Findlay Cadillac far, I'm very pleased with. My salesman, Mr. Marc Alberto, was friendly, professional, and down to earth. Purchasing my vehicle at Findlay Cadillac was a painless and stress-free experience. I was a 14-year consecutive VW GTI driver (3 separate vehicles). So, changing vehicles to a Cadillac was a paradigm shift moment in my life. (I daresay, my purchase could be considered a cleared minor middle life hurdle. I'm 52.) Mr. Alberto was very patient, understanding, and actually listened to me as I went back and forth considering the merits and cons of changing vehicles. Also, Mr. Alberto never utilized any high-pressure sales tactics. I considered several different vehicles before purchasing my Cadillac and visited over 10 separate dealerships including premium automakers like Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Lexus, etc. Findlay Cadillac, by far, provided the best customer experience. My former GTI was paid off and I had the title in hand. So, the trade-in process was very easy. Thank you, Melissa Burnett, used car assistant manager. I highly recommend Findlay Cadillac if you're considering purchasing a new vehicle. Additionally, the Findlay Cadillac dealership building, waiting area (with free fountain drinks, coffee, and snacks), showroom, vehicles, and restrooms were/are immaculate! I only had one semi-minor, but extremely maddening experience during the purchase process. My vehicle came with carpeted floor mats, and I wanted to purchase authentic GM Cadillac all-weather floor mats. The price at GM parts website was $200 + tax with free shipping to the dealership. I visited parts and they said my mats were in stock. They quoted me a price of $292 + tax. I responded, "Wait a minute. These are $200 online. I'm willing to pay the full online price plus tax." They wouldn't budge! My salesman, Mr. Alberto, spoke with the service and parts manager and they also would not budge. It kind of left a bad taste in my mouth that after purchasing a rather expensive vehicle (for me, anyways) that Findlay Cadillac would nickel and dime me over $92. All is well that ends well, though. Unbeknownst to me, after purchasing the vehicle I accrued several GM parts store points which after use dropped the online price for my all-weather floor mats to $129.12 including tax. I picked up and installed my new mats at Findlay Cadillac yesterday. More

I Purchased a warranty for repairs through the Findlay dealership for my 2018 xt5 and needed an approval from the warranty co and they couldn’t get ahold of the rep for approval for 3 hours which made me dealership for my 2018 xt5 and needed an approval from the warranty co and they couldn’t get ahold of the rep for approval for 3 hours which made me have to wait for 6 hours for that repair and a routine oil change . I was not happy after paying $5,000.00 for the warranty which was Recommended by their dealership . I won’t purchase a warranty through the dealership on my next new car so i am not happy and I didn’t receive a courtesy wash as they usually do. I feel their service is lacking sufficient care for their customers . Not like it was a few years ago !!! More
