If I could give this dealership a zero I most definitely would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. The salesman was nice. The service .manager was great. BUT the finance guy sucks. I refused GAP Insurance because I could get it from my insurance company. Derek and Monica are the definition of perfection in auto sales. My one complaint is I did not get a cool pen Porshe gave me a carbon fiber pen I know Cadillac has cool pens They should give you a fr sales.
