You would have thought To Whom It May Concern: I purchased a new Saab from Findlay Cadillac/Saab in Henderson, NV (I live in Southern California). You would have thought I was some kind of celebrity, the way I was treated. Not only did I get a fantastic deal, but when I arrived, my vehicle was "ready-to-go" - all of the paperwork was complete - my gorgeous black Saab was sitting in the showroom, ready for me to leave. I have had wonderful follow-up emails and/or phone calls; not just immediately after I bought the car, but at various times since, making sure I am still happy....I AM! I wish that more car dealers, from the General Manager down to the guy who carries out the trash, would take a lesson from the Findlay family of auto dealers. They are #1 in my book, and when I am ready to buy again, I WILL drive back to Nevada to purchase from Findlay. Thanks again for being so great! S.D. Penny Palm Springs, CA More

I love Findlay Cadillac. Purchasing my 08 cts was hassle free. My service advisor, Michael Giordano, always helps me with any issues with any of my gm vehicles that I have owned. I found all of the staff who aided me my my car purchase to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
