1st trade in expierience! Miranda had been helpful since day 1 of what I made a long process of trading in my previous car. I am very picky and very indecisive! Miranda on the other hand, is very patient and very kind made the entire situation as smooth and stress free as possible! I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Everything I could imagine was taken care of she even made a point to sit in the car with me to make sure my phone was paired, I knew what all of the new bells and whistles were, etc. At the end of it all she was even there taking things out of the old car and transferring it to the new! Being a 22 year old woman walking into a dealership can intimidating and working with Miranda was the exact opposite.. I look forward to doing business with her and the rest of the team in the future!! More

I had 2 trade-ins and a strict budget.... and he made it ALL work out perfectly....all my add-ons and a great deal. As demanding as I can be, he even sounded like he was having fun customizing this car for me. The car was delivered to my house all the way from Arizona...I signed all the paperwork in my driveway...and two drivers drove off with my trade-ins back to Arizona. THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!
