The WORST DEALER !!!! THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE DELT WITH IN MY 40 YEARS OF BUYING NEW CARS ! I MEAN THE WORST.... I FEEL LIKE THE MANAGER JUST WANTED TO ST THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE DELT WITH IN MY 40 YEARS OF BUYING NEW CARS ! I MEAN THE WORST.... I FEEL LIKE THE MANAGER JUST WANTED TO STICK IT TO ME. I DID NOT GET COPIES OF THE PAPER WORK THAT I SIGNED THE FIRST TIME, I HAD TO GO BACK AND GET THEM. THEY PULLED MY CREDIT OVER AND OVER, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM WHERE I WANTED IT TO GO THOUGH FOR FINANCE OF THE TRUCK. THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK WAS A BIG GAME. HIDEN FIGURES. NO WHERE ON THE PAPER WORK DOES IT SHOW WHAT THE TRUCK WAS ADVERTISED AT. I WENT BACK TO PICK UP BED LINER, AND HAD TO SIGN MORE FORMS. NOT A GOOD FEELING AT ALL. More

Greg Ellingham was our initial Web contact and sales professional, who guided us through the models, features, benefits. We had originally just wanted to review the GMC models, to prepare for replacing our Toyota Rav4, when that lease expires in a couple months. We actually intended to get another Toyota, as our experience was very good. However, after meeting Greg, taking a test drive in the GMC Terrain, we were sold. It is roomier, very beautiful inside and out, very high tech electronics, many extras and powerful turbo engine. Meeting with the rest of the team sealed the deal. Ben Wilcox and Johnny M (finance) were fantastic, working hard and late as well to get us in our new car. What a pleasure working with these professionals. More

He was very kind and willing to do anything to help us find what we truly wanted in a vehicle. Mike Bennett came out and lowed their price on a KIA Sorrento so it was within our budget. SOLD. Mike even dropped the extended warranty down to a reasonable price (within the same range as offered by our Credit Union) and with a very reputable company which is very important. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to all our family and friends. Mike Bennett is a wonderful person and treats people very fair and like old friends. Enjoyed chatting with Patrick Dennis as well. Just wish he would have pulled out his guitar and sang us a few songs..... More

Great car buying experience We traveled to Prescott because of a vehicle found on the website. The sales staff was SO helpful, friendly and zero pressure. It was the best car-b We traveled to Prescott because of a vehicle found on the website. The sales staff was SO helpful, friendly and zero pressure. It was the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. We felt no pressure to buy, and when we decided not to purchase, the salesmen were very competent to point out the benefits of the vehicle, how the new vehicle it would improve our situation, more room for the kids baseball gear and provide more reliability for the long road trips. They did not pressure us in any way, they simply guided us toward our final purchase decision. After the sale, we have been instructed to call our salesman's cell phone if we need anything, and we received personal follow-up call from the Sales Manager with instructions to call his cell as well. We have just purchased so I cannot rate service, but if the service department is ANYTHING like the sales team, it will also be a great experience. Thank you Findlay Prescott!!! More

difficult to accomplish purchase after agreeing on price I was on vacation when we agreed on price. They would not accept a deposit while I tranfered money from an investment account to my checking. Mike required the full price by wire transfer which takes three or four days. We had no confidence they would hold the car while this was going on. We cut our vacation short to drive to the dealer with a cashiers check. Hardest cash deal I have ever been involved with. Mike would not rreturn calls. Jeff was great and accomodating trying to smooth things over. More
