This was without question the best experience we've had buying a vehicle. Almost everyone involved was genuinely friendly and eager to help. Not the "I'm doing this because I have to" kind of friendly but buying a vehicle. Almost everyone involved was genuinely friendly and eager to help. Not the "I'm doing this because I have to" kind of friendly but the "I love what I do and it shows" kind of friendly. After purchase, on the way home we noticed there was a rock chip/star out of normal vision on the windshield. Called them the next morning to let them know and was told to bring it in on Tuesday or Wednesday when the person who would address it would be there. We had a family emergency and did not make it back until the following week. The sales people were understanding and happy to get things set up. However, the service guy was visibly upset, almost angry about the situation commenting that they "might have to replace the whole windshield now" which was baffling. Perhaps this repair was going to come out of his own pocket? On the upside, the star never grew, was sent to Magic Glass (who were also awesome) and all ended well and no windshields needed replacing. We were a little soured on the idea of using the service department now but can guarantee we'll refer friends and family when they're looking to buy a new vehicle! And of course when the time comes we'll return!! More
