I had my 2011 Buick Enclave towed in due to a breakdown on I17. Had a blown ECM1 fuse that was blamed on bad battery cables. Five days later I was notified it was ready and I shuttled in the next day from on I17. Had a blown ECM1 fuse that was blamed on bad battery cables. Five days later I was notified it was ready and I shuttled in the next day from the Phoenix area to pick it up. I almost made it home but not quite. I had to be towed home the final 2 miles after waiting over 2 hours for a tow truck. While waiting for the tow truck I found the same ECM1 fuse had blown and I replaced it. I was able to move another 10 feet and it blew again so obviously there is another issue going on and not the very expensive battery cables. Next day at home, with a new fuse, it turned on and idled for a few minutes but unfortunately, I do not trust it enough to drive it without having a tow vehicle on hand. More
We enjoyed working with Chuck for the purchase of our new GMC Terrain. We drove the Terrain SLE we were planning to buy and thought that it was what we wanted because we our trade was the same model. We were both very comfortable that we were making the right decision because Chuck took the time to be honest and helpful. We greatly appreciated the fact that Chuck took the time to carefully explain the safety advantages of the SLT to help us understand the difference between the SLE and SLT models. Although there was a pretty substantial price difference between the two models, Chuck's explanation convinced my wife that it was a wiser choice to buy the SLT because of all of its safety features. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and our experience at Findlay Buick GMC was the best ever. I bought the car we wanted at a terrific price, got a very good value on my trade without a fight, and Chuck was there to get us to the finish line and on the way home with our new car. We chose the model, signed the contracts, and were done in a little over 90 minutes. I honestly trust Findlay Buick to treat us right. Thanks, Chuck! More
