Purchased 2016 MDX certified with 7000 miles for 46.000 $. As soon as I left their parking lot the car started shaking. After few days stopped at their dealersip. Reason for shaking - all tires were defective. Really ? How is it possible for certified car who passed 150 point inspection to have defective tires? It was so noticable . How they didnt see that during inspection to get veichle certified? After that another (BIG) problem. Back Air Condition started blowing hot air. Also inside the car was strong mold odor. Took my car again to service department and they said "air conditioning system is functioning properly ". When i noted that front AC is 70 F and back AC 66 F RIGHT NOW and back air is still WARMER than front one they said "THIS IS NORMAL FOR ACURA" !! Couldn't believe that! Never had this problem with my past Acuras`s. After that took my 3 kids for trip to Arizona and back AC was showing temperature of 63 F and air was still warmer than front one which was 71 F !!! Stopped by their service center again explaining them that this is becoming worse and worse. Got the same answer - " we can not duplicate problem, air in the back supposed to be "little" warmer than front one. When i told them that air is becoming very hot only after 1-2 hours of driving they said that is "unusual" !! Problem is that i live far from their center and had to take 3 times days off from my work to go there. Lost money and time. Finally, after 3 months of trying to convince this guys about my problem i went to different dealership, they saw the problem,ordered parts and now my vehicle is working properly as it should. Cold air in front and back. Even strong mold odor that was present since day one when AC was ON disappeared completely. But after this bad experience, the only advise i could give you is: Stay away! They are not professionals, they do not care about their customers. It took me 3 months to fix my 46 k $ veichle. 3 months of driving the new car with broken AC during hot summer months. More

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle; we saw a 2017 certified pre-owned RDX on the website that caught our eye, and went in to take a look. We went to a few other dealerships before this and few matched the professionalism of Findlay Acura. We worked with Kayla in the purchasing of our car, and she was beyond awesome. What a breath of fresh air from your usual car sales person. She was so patient, informative, and hard working. There was absolutely no manipulation or pushiness involved. We decided to take a day to think about it before we pulled the trigger and she gave us her cell phone number to text with any questions in the meantime and then came in on her day off to complete the sale with us. The financial department delivered as well. There were no issues or discrepancies from the original deal/offer when I came back 2 days later to complete the sale. We were able to trade in my old vehicle and got a really good price on it as well (about $1000 more than what other dealerships around town were offering). I was in and out within a few hours: painless. It has now been about 3 months of owning my vehicle, I have not had any issues whatsoever with it. Kayla has since caught up with me on multiple occasions to make sure everything is going well and that there aren't any questions or issues. She is such a sweetheart. Overall, highly recommend these guys. My husband has even converted over and is a fan now (a die hard European car lover). More

Worst deal for your money Hello fellow reviewers , let me drop this summarized version of my experience . So I purchased a certified vehicle back in May of 2017 with these guys Hello fellow reviewers , let me drop this summarized version of my experience . So I purchased a certified vehicle back in May of 2017 with these guys . Originally my loan was done incorrectly and with other consent . I was able to get that fixed but shortly after all the service issues started happening . I have taken my car back several times to seek service and the all keeps being dropped . I have had the front and rear brakes replaced on a "certified " vehicle and my valves make noise when I start my vehicle now . Along with those issues my batterie has also been replaced after a few months with the car and sought to get it replaced by them based on my experience . Of course I was brushed off with talk about fine print on paper about what is covered and not . I get it , normal wear and tear . I expected a better experience with the purchase of a certified vehicle with the dealer but upon this experience I urge you to save your trip to see them here . Their service is a joke and is poorly managed . Look elsewhere for your car because once they've got you sold they don't care . Happy hunting More

BUYER BEWARE At Findlay Acura it is truly BUYER BEWARE. On 7/15/16, my wife and I went in to buy a 2017 White ILX from salesman, Joe Marino. After the usual back a At Findlay Acura it is truly BUYER BEWARE. On 7/15/16, my wife and I went in to buy a 2017 White ILX from salesman, Joe Marino. After the usual back and forth negotiating we went into the finance office to sign the normal mountain of paperwork. Like most, I did not read everything put in front of me. However, one thing I did notice was the color of the car listed on the finance agreement. We thought we were buying a white car, but the agreement said silver. I thought it was a simple error and asked to have it corrected. They could not do that because they did not have a white one. Supposedly, one would be shipped to us from out of state, but they could not even come up with a VIN number for this fake car. Looking further I noticed, the amount offered for my trade-in was $1000 lower than agreed upon and the amount for the car was $2000 higher than agreed upon. Tried getting to talk to Kevin Hicks the General Manager, but I guess this fraud and deceit is common practice and nothing unusual because he never even called me back. We walked out and never got as much as an "I'm sorry we tried to rip you off." Joe Marino was calling and texting all day on 7/12/16, trying to get us into the dealership. Once he got caught being dishonest he lost his ability to communicate. Tried calling Acura Customer Service too. That did as much good as leaving a voicemail for Kevin Hicks. Truly Acura does not care to what length their sales people go to to try and sell a car. I expected more from a Findlay dealership. More
