I have no complaints about the service people at Fiesta. What I was very disappointed about was that I was unable to get the last oil change that I purchased and financed when I bought my GTI from Garcia VW What I was very disappointed about was that I was unable to get the last oil change that I purchased and financed when I bought my GTI from Garcia VW, which was acquired by Fiesta. I was not told at the time that I had a time limit to use the oil changes. So I paid for an oil change that I didn't get (plus the financing cost!). So that's really on Garcia, and on me for being suckered into adding anything to my financing, which I will never do again. It just seems Fiesta should do something to make this right, especially since my partner just bought a brand new Jetta GLI from them and we have and continue to be loyal customers. More
