New car...not planned I decided to buy a new car after the dealership could not tell me what was wrong with mine after I had to be towed in the afternoon before. I was moving across the country and had to go another 800 miles in the mountains and desert, so decided a new car was needed since my car had been having trouble two days in a row (a dealership in Amarillo, TX fixed some wiring less than 5 hours earlier, but the same situation occurred, so that must not have been the correct fix.) The sales team was friendly, but they also new I was desperate to get moving and did not have time to waste. The service department could have tried to help more. After a phone call at 8:30 am to tell me nothing was wrong with my car (remember that it was towed in the day before because it would accelerate.) I was told that they would try it again. After sitting in a hotel for several hours, I walked to the dealership to be told they still haven't looked at it. The service department knew my traveling situation, but obviously did not feel an urgency to help me. This was the opposite of the encounter I had with the staff in Amarillo, TX. More

It always is a pleasurable and no hassle experience taking my VW in for a scheduled service or maintenance. The only thing that I might suggest is increased interaction between the automotive technician and the customer. I feel that it would be advantageous to have vehicle repairs explained to the customer by the automotive technician. Additionally, we as customers can thank the automotive technicians for their hard work upon our behalf. Overall, you guys are fantastic!!! More

Good Experience Called and made an appointment for a fuse recall. I arrived and was greeted promptly by service center rep. I gave my information. They took my car to review the work that was needed. I was told where the waiting areas are and was offered refreshments ( very nice that it was free and not a vending machine). After they inspected the car, a service rep explained the work to be done. The fuse was replaced. I asked if they could check the tire pressure. The car was done in a timely fashion and ready for me where I dropped it off. I was very pleased that they had washed the car! This form has been difficult to complete. You need to simplify the service center review process. People won't fill it out if they can't get it done with first attempt. Keeps giving me an error code. More

Lifesavers I was driving across the country from Orlando, Fl to San Jose, CA and had car trouble in Albuquerque, NM. I towed my car to the Uptown dealer for it I was driving across the country from Orlando, Fl to San Jose, CA and had car trouble in Albuquerque, NM. I towed my car to the Uptown dealer for it be serviced. The staff was fantastic did all they could to get me on the road as quickly and safely as possible. The only negative comment I have is that the service department is not open on Sunday. My EPC light came on and shut my car down in the road late Saturday afternoon so I had to spend an extra day in town. I understand the hours, especially with service staff. It just was unpleasant I had to wait the extra day. I can't thank the team enough for all they did, how they treated me, explaining everything along the way. I felt very comfortable and taken care of, I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Thank you! More
