I spend 100’s, no 1000’s of dollars with you guys every time I need something for my vehicle. I am very loyal to your service - and I don’t know why. All I needed was a new set of tires, appointment booked days in advance. I also asked for a quick car wash while I was there. I had just done a full service with new battery with y’all last month, and now with new tires - I may take my car out for a trip. When they said it would take a couple hours , they were backed up - I thought fine. Came back to give me with final price, said it would be a few hours. I said, now it’s a few hours - they replied, at least. So, I went home. Got a call 4 hours later that they would keep my car overnight. Fine, I work from home - I don’t need my car. Whatever. I don’t want them to rush my alignment, etc. and I reminded them to run it under the wash when they’re done. They said, great. Thanks, see you tomorrow. Late the next afternoon, they call to say my car is ready. I arrive, to pay and be on my way (24 hours later for a new set of tires) AND the car was never cleaned!! Wow!! Y’all are unreal. You have 10 sales guys standing around, and no one could run my car through the wash in the 24 hours it was there??!!! Y’all are all talk. Sorry I ever bought a car from your dealership. I have never had a full 100% good experience with you. I mean seriously, I still can’t believe it. 24 hours for a new set of tires I had an appointment for. What a waste. More
