John took the time to listen to my concerns and after took the time to explain all that was done to my Tiguan. He also stated that he would call me when the radio update comes in. The diagnosis process was fairly quick and a temporary resolution was given to me so that I could drive my car for the day and without any fee. They took the time to fit me in when I was uptown and saved me anohter trip to albuquerque. They had the part in stock and repaired the problem.
