Number of ways I believe vehicle check-up experience could have be improved: ZERO. So far, my impression of the physical appearance of Uptown VW, + ALL of the employees with whom I've been in contact, leads me to believe that the managers responsible for hiring, training & supervision do an excellent job. John and the dealership always go above and beyond when I take my car in for service. My check engine light was on and John did a great job at figuring out what was wrong and even realize their was an addit take my car in for service. When we first got there the sales person was very nice and helpful.
