I came to pickup my car after getting serviced and had to wait over an hour because the seats were off and disconnected. The work was done but the tech didn’t bother to put it back together. I was told over the phone this was for a recall appointment but when I got here was told over and over by the representative that it was not a recall but just a extended warranty service just to see on the paperwork and being told by another tech that it was in fact a recall. I’ve also been lied to by a manager regarding a cost of a repair. Just not happy at all with the way I’ve been treated. More

I took my brand new Outback to have a hitch installed. Roy was very helpful and he got me a loaner car. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and he called me around 4:30 they were still working on it and needed mo Roy was very helpful and he got me a loaner car.
