i would give them negative stars if that was an option. I traded in my subaru outback for a new forrester and the outback has not been paid off. It has been almost 30 days. Had a great experience (except for so much driving b’tween home & the dealership) buying, trading back in and purchasing a different Outback (Ltd.) all within a week or so. We waited a while a couple of times, but the facility is so pleasant and accommodating that it wasn’t a big deal. We REALLY appreciated the the side-by-side protected unloading/loading space for getting stuff from the old to the new vehicles! More
