This was my sixth—I believe—trip to Fiesta Subaru for scheduled maintenance on my '22 Outback. Zero complaints! Bought the car used and was provided the 360 review of the care that it was ready with no issues. After I bought it and noticed that a part was missing from the rear wheel well and a hole in the rear of t the care that it was ready with no issues. After I bought it and noticed that a part was missing from the rear wheel well and a hole in the rear of the passenger tire, along with both sides of the bumper of the rear wheels was loose and a safety issue. There were also missing clips in the engine area. I had to return the car to be repaired for loose rear bumper in the wheel area and the entire rear wheel shell had to be replaced. I found this absurd as I had been provided the 360 report. Once the car was repaired, I reviewed it again and the wheel well part was still loose as it was missing a clip that was finally replaced. After buying the care that I assumed was ready for purchase, I had to return to get the care checked and repaired twice as the final repair had to be ordered and replaced. Did not appreciate that the car was not ready when I bought it and nothing was mentioned about the obvious need for repairs before purchase. More
