Hi Steven, Jeff @ Fiesta Subaru. I don't have your information. Could you contact me to discuss this review? 505-305-3908 is my direct number. You mentioned Jair was your service advisor. He works at Fiesta KIA and sometimes at Fiesta Mitsubishi when needed. Roy is the service manager and does not have any recollection of speaking with you. The mechanics do put paper down on the floor and plastic liners on the seats. They do their best to keep your car as clean as it came in. If that didn't happen let me know. I am happy to help any way that I can.

It's a lie that Roy doesn't remember me. I saw him eating and enjoying the Pizza I bought them in January of this year and still treated me badly.(Never again) He was the one that gave me a loaner car in January that another customer just returned with dog air and dog puke (vomit). Such disrespect/non care. This car should have been cleaned before being given to another customer. I refused to get into that car before Jair gave me another car. Roy wasn't the service manager then, Jessica was. Roy just got promoted to service Manager. (Good luck with that Fiesta Subaru). Jair Rendon was working right next to Jonathan Tello. He was working here at Fiesta Subaru before being removed and sent to Fiesta KIA. Jonathan was the one that finally fixed Jair's mistakes that Jair lied about. The defective part that was supposedly ordered and replaced in January wasn't done, and they kept my car overnight. Not only that, my car was snatched on the passenger door. They (people in the service dept) were also removing my email address and replacing it with one of own so I don't get any email or correspondence from Subaru. I have came in to speak to Samantha about this and she'd tried to help rectify things. The people at the service dept behaving badly should be held accountable - not protected and lie for. Mateo Vigil, Diego Romero and Jonathan Tello do good work. The bad apples including Roy know who they are.
