My experience was great from the very beginning. I was greeted at the door and asked how I could be helped. Once the car was ready it was very easy to complete the paperwork and make it mine. As prearranged, I dropped my vehicle on Saturday at 1 pm. This is significant because it means I had to manage my weekend without my car. By Monday, I was informed that perhaps the part was no longer available and picked up my vehicle mid-day with nothing actually having been done. The service personnel were courteous, your facilities are 5 star, but my door handle is still kaput. Why don't you rate your own service in this matter. More
My most recent experience was awful. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. It took over 3 hours because they didn’t order all of the parts needed. I have to go back again. Service department is very clean and the waiting area is spacious and welcoming with free snacks. This is the third time (18 month service) that I have been there, and the second time that something was eit spacious and welcoming with free snacks. This is the third time (18 month service) that I have been there, and the second time that something was either left in my car ( almost empty jug of oil) or something missing ( wheel lock). Luckily, I noticed that it was missing the next day and we were going back to the dealership to pick up a new car for my wife. Went back to the service department and the service advisor found it by the tech. Little things like that should not be the norm. More
I normally love this dealership, however when I recently took my car in for an oil change, and received the complimentary tire rotation, the service person neglected to put all of the lug nuts on my back le took my car in for an oil change, and received the complimentary tire rotation, the service person neglected to put all of the lug nuts on my back left tire (or tighten them, but I only found one on the street). As I was driving home and took a right turn, my back left tire went flying down the street, damaging the wheel and back bumper of my car! The dealership now has my car in shop to fix, and I have a loaner car. I'm glad no one was hurt and there was no bad accident resulting from this negligence. More

I came to pickup my car after getting serviced and had to wait over an hour because the seats were off and disconnected. The work was done but the tech didn’t bother to put it back together. I was told over the phone this was for a recall appointment but when I got here was told over and over by the representative that it was not a recall but just a extended warranty service just to see on the paperwork and being told by another tech that it was in fact a recall. I’ve also been lied to by a manager regarding a cost of a repair. Just not happy at all with the way I’ve been treated. More
