I took my brand new Outback to have a hitch installed. Roy was very helpful and he got me a loaner car. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and he called me around 4:30 they were still working on it and needed mo Roy was very helpful and he got me a loaner car. He called me the next day to let me know they were working on it. He called again around 4:30 that the car was ready. The three star rating is for it took like 16 hours to install a hitch. More
