The service was performed in a timely manner, while I waited. Unfortunately, they did not put the interior plastic trim back correctly and I had to take the car back two days later to get that fixed. I bought a CPO Maxima from them and had an immediate problem with rattling in the trunk area, originally they told me it was my spare tire. I took the car in today for the same noise. I removed the spare tire and they said they found the problem it was rocks lodged in the flaps, I left the dealership and had the same noise. I took a technician with me on a test drive and I identified the noise to him. They took it in and drove around and then told me whatever the problem was is not covered under the CPO warranty. They were to fix a window leak as well and that was not accomplished. I called the dealership manager and he was going to talk to the service department and get back to me today. I still have not heard back from them. Bad service, no customer service. If they do return the call, I will update the review with the resolution. More
