The factory reps were there that day observing the quality of the work in the shop. If anything was less than perfect, I would like to believe that they would have rectified the situation. As it was, one rep observed my 4-wheel alignment and pronounced it "perfect." Moreover, the other technicians and service staff referred to my technician as "the doctor." I am very satisfied with the staff at levels and I interacted with many. More

Excellent, As Always Fiesta Nissan continually impresses me with its high level of customer service, and of course great vehicles. From the general manager remembering my Fiesta Nissan continually impresses me with its high level of customer service, and of course great vehicles. From the general manager remembering my first name, and saying "hello" to the young service tech striking up a conversation with me, I consistently feel like a valued customer. How refreshing in an era where mediocrity is the norm. Also, the expediency of service is commendable. From the moment I handed over the key, until the service manager came over to let me know my vehicle was ready was not more than a hour. I love Nissan and I love this dealership. If you value your time avoid this place! I went to look at a vehicle that we were told ha1d 21mi, but when we drove up to Santa Fe from Albuquerque to check it out, it actually had 21,000mi. I went to look at a vehicle that we were told ha1d 21mi, but when we drove up to Santa Fe from Albuquerque to check it out, it actually had 21,000mi. so we left. I really should have stuck with my gut, but after getting calls from the sales people we went back to Santa Fe to look again, but this time we had financing in order through our credit union. After hearing we already had financing & didn't want to finance through them, the sales people and managers screwed us around for hours. We finally negotiated on a reasonable price, but it unfortunately took 2 more trips and 4+ hours to finally get our vehicle. The next day we were called by the salesman and told that they filled out ALL of the paperwork with the wrong VIN, so we had to sign papers all over again, this time we were smart & made them come to us. We thought we were finally rid of these clowns, but then I got a call almost 3 weeks into having the vehicle & was told that I needed an emissions test, because they can't register my vehicle without it. I thought it should be their responsibility to pay for the mistake, so Fiesta Nissan sent me to Fiesta Kia here in Albuquerque for an emissions test. I went to Fiesta Kia and waited over 2 hours with my 2year old & after several complaints & requests for my vehicle back I was given my vehicle without the emissions test having been prefomed... I was given the most ridicules excuse that "they were out of paper", if that we're the case why didn't they say 2 hours earlier?!! I bit the bullet & paid for the test somewhere else & sent a copy to Fiesta Nissan in Santa Fe. It's been a couple days and I haven't heard anything else... yet. Seriously this transation was the worst! The sales people and managers and incredibly unprofessional & completely lazy! With all of the trips we made to Santa Fe, and the huge mistakes made by this dealership it seriously has taken the past 3 weeks to work through all of the problems & who knows if I'm even out of the woods now. This place is so unorganized that frankly it's just pathetic! Please learn from my mistake! More
