I own a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart which needed an oil change. During the oil change, the service department was able to identify a problem with my timing belt, which I was unaware of. I was in direct oil change. During the oil change, the service department was able to identify a problem with my timing belt, which I was unaware of. I was in direct contact with Justin Haynes, a member of the service department. I was initially told that Mitsubishi would not cover the repair under warranty. Justin went above and beyond my expectations and was able to have the needed service completed AND covered under warranty. The repair itself would have cost nearly $2400 which I did not have at the time. Especially two weeks away from Christmas. During the duration of the repair, Justin kept great communication with me, letting me know the what the situation was each step of the way. Not only was he polite and professional, he was also very understanding of the "holiday stress" I was experiencing. I could not have asked for a better Christmas present. I recommend Mark Mitsubishi to all. Mitsubishi owner or not. More
Awesome experience again! The guys worked hard to get me to car I wanted at the price I could afford. There were some cosmetic things I wanted fixed, which were readily agreed to. I'd never recommend this dealership or any Mark Casa business for that matter. Today I drove 30 minutes to have my car serviced and I was told you were too busy! Mind you I called at 10 am to try to make an appt. and I was told to bring my vehicle in anytime before 6. I wouldn't be so upset if the staff wasn't rude. A man in the service department was incredibly rude about me bringing in my car and insisted it would take forever and huffed and puffed. White male, MAYBE 6 foot, glasses, I can identify him if I need to. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. It upsets me that I purchased a vehicle from this business. I was asked if I could come back on Monday, as if I don't have a job to be at! You guys are lucky that you're the only Mitsubishi dealer in the city. I am a loyal Mitsubishi customer, however, I am reconsidering. Thanks for nothing. More
Really planned on purchasing a used vehicle because I really thought that is all we could do but Chad was able to broaden our horizons and get us into a new outlander sport! He was very helpful! Buyer/Seller Beware. This dealership operates under the "old school" of car sales. Meaning they will mislead and lie to get you in the door and try to squeeze you with different numbers. I put my car on craigslist to sell privately since no dealership would give me a reasonable price on it. Mark's Mitsubishi called me and offered to by it outright for $20k. I went in and they assured me that that is what I would get, but more if I traded it for one of theirs. I couldn't find anything on their lot that interested me, so I tried to go forward with the sale of my car by itself. At that point, they changed the nuber to $18k... 2,000 dollars less than they promised. Make sure you get their first offer in writing or they WILL try to screw you later. It's unfortunate that so many dealerships in the area operate like this. The only one I can recommend is Galles Chevrolet. We bought a car from them with no hassle and a good price without any sleezy tricks. Again: AVOID MARK'S MITSUBISHI More
My husband and I had a very positive experience with Rick when we bought our new Outlander last week. We had owned our Lancer for 10 years and I would still be happily driving it except that we totaled it i when we bought our new Outlander last week. In my husband's skillful hands, the Lancer handled very well in that extreme situation. Because of our positive Mitsubishi experiencee we decided to look at 3 or 4 different options but to start with Mitsubishi. There were some great deals on a Suburu Forrester and on the Ford Escape but, working closely with Rick, we decided on the Outlander. We are very happy with our decision, no buyers remorse at all. Rick actually helped us make a better decision. He was especially skillful at working with both of us so we are BOTH happy with the decision!!! We would definitely seek him out, even if he was representing another brand. My favorite thing about the new car, the CVT. I've always had a manual and I was worried about switching to aotomatic. I was just looking at the price of an Outlander. Rick asked me to come inside and he'd see what could be done. I guess I did not have enough credit or down payment for an Outlander, but he showed me a asked me to come inside and he'd see what could be done. He worked with the women in the office and with me and said that he could sell me a Galant. I wasn't actually looking to buy at the time, but decided that my 2004 Vibe was getting old and was starting to need work, so I decided it was time to buy my last new car and he worked hard to make a deal for me. He was pleasant and efficient and if I decided to buy another Mitsubishi (will be moving to Florida by end of year) I would definetly hope that I could deal with a salesperson as nice as Rick. More
